Coffee, Tea and light snacks before sunrise Yoga followed by a nourishing breakfast - the day is yours. Walk the beach, choose from a few surf breaks to play on or add an excursion like deep sea fishing. lunch followed by plenty of free time, evening yoga in the shala which opens three sides to the Pacific. Dinner as the sun goes down over the ocean - Pretty much everywhere on this property from your balcony to the views from pool, restaurant and shala are providing you with a magical back drop for your retreat.

A week at Magnific Rock
This retreat is for anyone who wants to spend time away making memories, moving, breathing and being in the ocean - no experience required, no pressure to do it all. I built this week around the things that actually restore me: Sunrise yoga practice, time in the water, great cuisine and space to just be. Something beautiful happens on retreats, we find a real connection with ourselves and others.
